There are 2 versions of this lovely design:
1. Basic - includes calico canvas and instruction/pattern booklet 
2. Complete - includes everything you need,  fabric, thread, trim, wadding, canvas and instruction/pattern booklet. [The only recommended addition is a recycled piece of sheet/pillowcase to act as a backing for the 'canvas'.]
